Une nouvelle année avec deux nouveaux endroits, l'ancienne gare de Tours et Taxis très bien restaurée, idéale pour un petit shooting de test et la décaperie une ancienne usine près de Charleroi où les tôles étaient décapées avant le traitement final. C'est un endroit avec beaucoup de tons rouges, causés par la limaille de fer rouillée.
Il n'y avait que deux Shooting Days internationnaux: la maison où on allait en début de saison a été vendue. Le nouveau propriétaire doit faire de grands travaux pour la sécurité s'il veut encore la louer. Pour les shooting days, nous sommes allés à Huy et à Vogelsang en Allemagne.
Et puis beaucoup de shootings individuels, souvent à la décaperie. Alors que les années passées j'allais souvent au Fort de la Chartreuse, je n'y suis allé qu'une seule fois cette année.

Een nieuw jaar met twee nieuwe locaties: het prachtig gerestaureerde oude treinstation Thurn und Taxis, ideaal voor een kleine testshoot, en la décaperie, een voormalige fabriek in de buurt van Charleroi waar plaatstaal werd ontdaan van de bovenlaag voordat het de uiteindelijke afwerking kreeg. Veel rode tinten door geroest ijzervijlsel.
Er waren slechts twee internationale shooting days: het huis dat we aan het begin van het seizoen gebruikten is verkocht. De nieuwe eigenaar moet grote veiligheidsaanpassingen uitvoeren als hij het wil blijven verhuren. Voor de shootdagen gingen we naar Huy en Vogelsang in Duitsland.
En daarnaast nog veel individuele shoots, vaak in La décaperie. Waar ik in voorgaande jaren vaak naar Fort de la Chartreuse ging, ben ik er dit jaar maar één keer geweest.

A new year with two new locations: the beautifully restored old Thurn und Taxis train station, ideal for a small test shoot, and la décaperie, a former factory near Charleroi where sheet metal was stripped before final treatment. It's a place with a lot of red tones, caused by rusty iron filings.
There were only two international Shooting Days: the house we used at the beginning of the season has been sold. The new owner has to do major safety work if he wants to rent it out again. For the shooting days, we went to Huy and Vogelsang in Germany.
And then lots of individual shoots, often at la décaperie. While in previous years I often went to the Fort de la Chartreuse, I only went once this year.
